Cloud Security remains impressive, but M&A appears likely, which risks the positive margin expansion story for the entire business, he contends. With the stock trading near its three-year high EV/EBITDA multiple, Nispel would look for a more favorable risk/reward or further acceleration in growth before becoming more constructive.
