After hosting a call with a Nasdaq Panel expert, JPMorgan analyst Dana Flanders said he would remain a buyer of Akorn shares ahead of its Panel decision. The panel is not looking to delist a company that has a reasonable plan to achieve compliance and is working towards a solution, Flanders tells investors in a research note, citing comments from the expert. He continues to believe Akorn will be granted a six month extension ahead of a decision early next year. The analyst reiterates an Overweight rating on the stock with a $50 price target.
