Raymond James analyst Elliot Wilbur downgraded Akorn to Market Perform citing valuation with the stock hitting his previous price target of $34. The analyst also sees increased risk to second half of 2016 estimates on "intensified price competition and a light contribution from new launches." The generic drugmaker closed yesterday down 43c to $33.80.
