In a regulatory 8-K filing, the company stated: KLA Corporation has made the strategic decision to exit the Company's flat panel display, or FPD, business that is part of its PCB, Display and Component Inspection reporting segment. The Company expects to complete the exit through end of manufacturing of FPD products by December 31, 2024. The Company will continue to provide services to the installed base for the discontinued product lines. The decision is based on multiple factors, including the cancellation of a significant new technology project by a major customer, and represents the culmination of our decision to investigate alternatives for our FPD business that was disclosed in our letter to shareholders and quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 31, 2023. The FPD business accounted for 1.4% of the Company's total revenue in calendar year 2023."

After assessing the initial Q1 setups for the U.S. auto stocks based on recent data points, Citi opened an overweight Magna (MGA), underweight Lear (LEA) pair trade. The firm says March data affirm its preference for automakers over suppliers into Q1. From a revenue exposure perspective, Magna "seems somewhat more de-risked" than Lear, having less exposure to China, slightly more exposure to Europe and somewhat less trim-mix exposure, the analyst tells investors in a research note.

BofA analyst Julien Dumoulin-Smith upgraded Pinnacle West to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $80, up from $71. The firm sees the adoption of the System Reliability Benefit, or SRB, surcharge, the regulator-led initiative towards a forward or hybrid test year and the Integrated Resource Plan, or IRP, consideration process pointing to an improving earnings and growth outlook through the end of the decade given the improving regulatory environment for the Arizona-based regulated utility, the analyst tells investors.
