Stifel analyst Joseph DeNardi attributed today's underperformance in Allegiant Travel shares to news that 60 Minutes will air a segment this Sunday casting the company in a negative light. However, based on the trailer, he thinks the report appears to focus on issues that were previously known and is unlikely to include a "smoking gun" with new accusations. The analyst, who views the risk that customers avoid Allegiant as pretty manageable, has a Buy rating and $210 price target on Allegiant shares.
