Stifel analyst Joseph DeNardi said he found little in the way of incrementally negative data on Allegiant Travel's operational challenges in last night's 60 Minutes report, but he'd be surprised if there isn't an impact to bookings in the "nearish term" given that it was still "30 minutes of horrible publicity for Allegiant." Fortunately, this aired during a seasonally soft period and within eight months Allegiant will be an "all A320 airline," said DeNardi, who expects further share price weakness today of 5%-10%, but thinks its Q1 report can be a positive catalyst. He maintains a Buy rating on Allegiant shares.
