Stifel analyst Joseph DeNardi said he was surprised by the report from an industry publication that Commercial SVP Lukas Johnson was leaving Allegiant Travel and surprised the stock isn't down following the news given his importance to Allegiant's revenue performance and prior concerns about the loss of talent at the company. DeNardi said Drew Wells, who is expected to step into Lukas' role, has a strong command of the revenue environment, but the analyst believes there's "likely to be a credibility dip, to some degree," given Lukas' reputation. DeNardi maintains a Buy rating and $190 price target on Allegiant shares.
