Credit Suisse downgraded Alon USA Energy (ALJ) to Neutral with a $17 price target following news Delek (DK) is in acquisition talks with Alon Israel Oil Company. The firm is not sure of the benefit Alon USA shareholders will accrue from the deal and sees less upside to shares.
