Credit Suisse analyst Vamil Divan says the risk/reward for shares of Alkermes is "looking more positive" after the company presented yesterday morning full data from its FORWARD-3 and FORWARD-4 pivotal studies for ALKS-5461 in major depressive disorder. The data are "certainly encouraging," but risk remains regarding a positive FORWARD-5 readout, Divan tells investors in a research note. The analyst believes sentiment on the Street for 5461 is "relatively bearish," which he believes creates the more favorable risk/reward scenario. Vivan, however, is keeping 5461 out of his model into the data readout in Q4. The analyst keeps an Outperform rating on Alkermes.
