Morgan Stanley assumed coverage on Alaska Air with an Overweight rating from an Equal Weight rating and raised its price target to $83 from $69. The firm expects competitive capacity in the Seattle market to slow in 2016/2017 and for Alaska Air's unit revenue trends to improve.
