Morgan Stanley analyst Rajee Lalwani said Alaska Air offers substantial upside into year end with favorable near-term pricing, more manageable supply into 2017, and material accretion from the Virgin acquisition into 2017. The analyst said Alaska is deserving of a much higher multiple and is a top pick into year end. Lalwani rates Alaska Air an Overweight with an $85 price target on shares.
