BofA/Merrill analyst Tal Liani upgraded Allot Communications to Buy from Underperform and raised its price target to $6.10 from $5. Liani said Allot reported in-line Q4 results, but full year 2018 guidance of 14% revenue growth versus consensus of 4%, driven by a strong backlog, large orders for security products, and a strong pipeline for additional potential contracts. The analyst said there are several signs of a turnaround including the transitioning to a subscription consumption model and above 1x book-to-bill for the fourth consecutive quarter.
