BTIG analyst Dane Leone said Alere's (ALR) filing of a form 12b-25 notice to delay the filing of its 10-Q report due to accounting issues related to its Standard Diagnostics subsidiary is "another headache," but he does not see this impacting the eventual completion of its merger with Abbott (ABT). Leone keeps a Neutral rating on Alere shares.
