Citi analyst Timothy Thein upgraded Allison Transmission to Buy saying the risk/reward is favorable given the upside potential to 2017 consensus estimates. The analyst also believes the potential for fiscal stimulus in 2018 should help to support the valuation given Allison's largely U.S. exposure. Thein raised his price target for the shares to $40 from $38.
