JPMorgan analyst Ann Duignan downgraded Allison Transmission to Underweight and lowered her price target for the shares to $38 from $41. The company posted an upside Q4 report and introduced its 2018 outlook above consensus, but the stock dropped 4.4%, Duignan tells investors in a research note. The analyst believes Allison's margins in 2017/2018 likely represent peak and that the risks appear "weighted to the downside from here."
