Citi analyst Atif Malik moved Applied Materials (AMAT) to his top pick in Semiconductor Capital Equipment citing the company's OLED display sales diversification. The analyst upped his price target for the shares to $31 from $28. Malik moved Lam Research (LRCX) down to number two citing uncertainty surrounding the merger with KLA-Tencor (KLAC). He lowered his price target for Lam to $102 from $105 but keeps a Buy rating on the name.
