Pacific Crest analyst Brad Erickson says that GoPro's upcoming Q4 results will be positive for Ambarella (AMBA). The analyst raised his Q4 estimates for Ambarella based on higher production estimates for GoPro's (GPRO) Hero5 camera. The analyst lowered his fiscal 2018 estimates for the company, citing his belief that weak GoPro orders in the April and July quarters. However, he believes that the rest of Ambrealla's business should grow at least 15% in fiscal 2018, and he says that the stock's valuation is attractive. The analyst keeps a $70 price target and an Overweight rating on the stock.
