As noted earlier, Stifel downgraded AMC Networks to Hold from Buy. Analyst Benjamin Mogil lowered his ad estimates for the company ,citing weak industrywide ad trends for scripted shows after their first year. Mogil says that the company's ratings have been under significant pressure this year, and he expects that trend to continue.
