Credit Suisse analyst Omar Sheikh downgraded AMC Entertainment to Underperform saying 2017 will be a transition year with investments likely depressing cash flow. Over the long term, the analyst believes premium video on demand could be disruptive to the business models of exhibitors. He cut his price target for AMC shares to $26 from $34.
