Susquehanna analyst Christopher Rolland said he confirmed Nvidia (NVDA) will be releasing a crypt-currency specific graphics card, which will be positive for them but be negative for AMD (AMD) as it may threaten the latter's dominance in the Ethereum market where it currently holds a price/performance advantage. Rolland has a Neutral rating on both Nvidia and AMD shares.

SoftBank (SFTBY) is planning to spend Y150B, or $960M, by 2025 to boost the number crunching power at its computing facilities to develop world-class generative artificial intelligence, Nikkei Asia's staff writers report, citing sources.
