BofA/Merrill analyst Vivek Arya says that AMD's new server CPU, EPYC, "could be a turning point" for the company's data center business. The analyst says that "evidence suggests that EPYC appears to be at least good enough for AMD regain some market share in servers. Arya keeps a $16.50 price target and a Buy rating on the shares.
