The merger of equals announced by AmSurg (AMSG) and Envision Healthcare (EVHC) should create value for shareholders of both companies, Jefferies analyst Brian Tanquilut tells investors in a research note. He believes the near-term accretion that AmSurg will realize should drive shares higher, boosting the value of Envision shares as well.
