Goldman Sachs analyst Brett Feldman upgraded American Tower to Buy from Neutral with a price target of $270, up from $204. The analyst expects that "rapidly expanding" 5G coverage, increased availability of 5G devices and site densification around new mid-band spectrum will drive "several years of strong tower leasing activity." Further, from a valuation standpoint, towers look attractive versus other 'high-quality' real estate investment trusts, Feldman tells investors in a research note.
