AutoNation (AN) downgraded to Sell at Goldman by analyst Patrick Archambault, who cited his concerns about peak seasonally adjusted annual rate vehicle sales and worsening margins for both new and used cars. 2. Boston Beer (SAM) downgraded to Underperform at CLSA with analyst Caroline Levy saying cider sales, Lager and seasonals are expected to decline in 2016 due to increased competition. 3. U.S. Bancorp (USB) downgraded to Equal Weight at Stephens by analyst Terry McEvoy, who said he now sees better value in banks more leveraged to the general economy and the ultimate increase in rates than U.S. Bank. 4. comScore (SCOR) downgraded to Neutral at Macquarie following news that the company delayed its 10-K filing. The company is also suspending its share buyback and postponing its investor day. 5. Actuant (ATU) downgraded to Neutral at SunTrust by analyst Charles Brady following reduced Q2 guidance.
