MKM Partners analyst Michael Genovese downgraded Arista Networks to Neutral and lowered its price target to $79 from $81. The analyst is concerned that the transition to all on-shore U.S. procurement and manufacturing could cause gross margins to come in lower than consensus, particularly in Q4 and 1H 2017.
