BMO Capital analyst Tim Long says that a ruling from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection is positive for Arista and partially removes an overhang on the stock. The ruling found that the company's current offerings are not subject to the ITC exclusion order and may be imported into the U.S. In the wake of the ruling, the analyst expects Arista's gross margins "to remain more in line with recent trends." He raised his price target on the shares to $110 from $93 and keeps an Outperform rating on the stock.
