BMO Capital analyst Tim Long raised his price target on Arista Networks to $270 after "another impressive quarter of strong revenue growth and margin improvement". Long notes that while the workaround testing at certain cloud customers is taking longer than expected, the momentum in other businesses remains strong, with Enterprise segment a standout from adoption of CloudVision. The analyst keeps his Market Perform rating on Arista Networks, citing implied deceleration in Q1 revenues and sees risk-reward less compelling at current levels.
