Citi analyst Paul Lejuez says Abercrombie & Fitch (ANF) shares remain "too cheap to ignore" following the company's in-line Q3 results. Abercrombie is "holding its own in a difficult retail environment" and the weakness at Hollister seems transitory, Lejuez tells investors in a research note. "Eventually another company will take notice," adds the analyst, who believes American Eagle (AEO) makes the most sense as an acquirer of Abercrombie. The analyst keeps a Buy rating on the latter.
