After Bloomberg last night reported that Apace received and rejected an unsolicited takeover offer, Jefferies analyst Jonathan Wolff says the company is unlikely to receive large equity premium being in a deal given poor recent execution and a weakened management team. The analyst keeps an Underperform rating on Apache with a $39 price target.
