Cowen analyst Charles Robertson believes Anadarko's 2017 guidance is conservative and preliminary with a large unknown - its joint venture with Shell Delaware. Robertson said he would be a buyer of Anadarko on weakness as he still sees a positive outcome on the joint venture and he reiterated his Outperform rating and $86 price target on the shares.
