BMO Capital analyst Lana Chan upgraded Ares Capital to Outperform and raised her price target to $20 from $19. The analyst says business development companies are "attractive" investment vehicles in an environment of lower interest rates, and the stock is her "top choice" thanks to its "best-in-class model" and no execution risk related to asset clean-ups or legacy businesses transitions.
