Seaport Global analyst Michael Harrison downgraded Airgas (ARG) to Neutral following the announcement of Air Liquide's planned acquisition of the company for $143 per share in cash. Harrison believes any other potential buyers have already had a chance to make a higher and Air Liquide may need to divest most of Airgas's air separation units in order to achieve antitrust approval.
