As previously reported, Cowen analyst Matt Elkott upgraded American Railcar to Outperform from Market Perform citing stable and improving earnings fundamentals, checks showing rising interest in lease fleets, and low valuation. Elkott raised his price target to $45 from $44 on American Railcar shares.
