Tesla (TSLA) upgraded to Outperform at Baird by analyst Ben Kallo, who said recent data points show production is accelerating, which should drive deliveries and margin expansion throughout 2016, while Tesla is ahead of expectations on reducing battery costs, the analyst contends. 3. Diamond Offshore (DO) upgraded to Accumulate at Seaport Global by analyst Mark Brown, who said the negative reaction to its recently announced pressure control agreement with General Electric (GE) are misplaced, and it could serve as a positive catalyst if the arrangement proves to be successful. 4.
