CLSA upgraded Arrow Electronics two notches to Buy from Underperform and increased its price target to $68 from $66. The firm believes Arrow is positioned for strong 2H growth from recent acquisitions and strong execution in Europe, and believes semiconductor cycle fears are overdone.
