Goldman analyst Mark Delaney downgraded Arrow Electronics to Neutral and lowered its price target to $63 from $72 citing higher average distributor inventory and recent reversal in the US ISM index. Further, continued semi supplier consolidation creates margin and execution risk, the analyst wrote.
