After Ashland acquired Pharmachem, SunTrust analyst James Sheehan says that the deal will increase the pace of Ashland's transformation to a pure-lay chemical company, and should consequently raise the stock's multiple. The analyst says that the stock's valuation is attractive and reiterates a Buy rating.
