Piper Jaffray reiterates a Neutral rating on ASML after the company announced an agreement with one of its "major" U.S. customers to deliver a minimum of 15 Extreme Ultraviolet lithography systems. Piper thinks the earnings impact from the new EUV orders will be limited and that ASML shares are already pricing in such new business. The firm raised its price target for the stock to $89 from $86.
