As previously reported, Benchmark analyst Mark Miller downgraded Amtech Systems to Hold from Buy, citing a "meaningful reduction" in the company's backlog and the push out of a key order. Given the push out and backlog lowering, Miller reduced his estimates "significantly" for FY18 and afterward as well.
