As previously reported, Barclays upgraded Autohome to Overweight from Equal Weight. The firm said auto sector digital ad demand has been strong and OEM's are allocating more resources to facilitate dealers' auto transactions online. Additionally, Autohome has been successful in diversifying product offerings and margins have been better than expected from increased focus on exploring online ad inventories instead of aggressive offline marketing expenses. Barclays raised Autohome's price target to $52 from $45.
