Piper Jaffray analyst Sean Wieland downgraded Athenahealth to Neutral and lowered his price target for the shares to $135 from $179. The analyst believes the likelihood of a higher bid to Veritas Capital and Elliot Management's $135 per share is low, "because the strategic review process began in June and other bidders have had time to surface."
