SunTrust analyst Sandy Draper downgraded Athenahealth to Hold and lowered his price target to $135 from $150 after its agreement announced yesterday to be acquired by Veritas Capital and Elliott Management's Evergreen Coast Capital. Following a "lengthy and fairly public auction process" conducted by the company, the analyst is not anticipating any competitive bids before the expected deal close in Q1 of 2019.
