Cowen analyst Helane Becker said the weakness in Air Transport Services following its Q2 earnings report has lead to a buying opportunity. The analyst said the selloff is somewhat unwarranted and appears to be aggressive. She believes the 2019 demand environment appears strong as companies appear to be looking to add cargo aircraft and there are probably opportunities to ad aircraft for existing customers. Becker reiterated her Outperform rating, but lowered her price target to $28 from $30 on Air Transport Services shares.
