Citi analyst Jason Bazinet raised his price target for Altice USA to $27 from $26 and maintains a Buy rating on the shares. In a research note titled "More Room to Run," the analyst says Altice USA is unique among U.S. cable names because it trades on enterprise value to EBITDA. Wireless entry may be critical for Altice's equity, Bazinet contends. He believes that if the company takes advantage of its "favorable" wireless virtual network operator position and "aggressively" rolls out wireless in 2019, it could lift Altice's sales by 100 basis points while only modestly impacting EBITDA margins.
