Piper Jaffray analyst Michael Olson says the acquisition of King Digital (KING) makes Activision Blizzard (ATVI) a major player in mobile. King consistently holds two of the top five highest-grossing mobile titles in Candy Crush and Candy Crush Soda, Olson tells investors in a research note. The analyst notes Activision did not raise its FY15 outlook by the amount of the Q3 beat, resulting in a Q4 outlook that is below consensus. He attributes this to typical management conservatism and keeps an Overweight rating on the stock.
