Cowen believes the King Digital (KING) acquisition by Activision Blizzard (ATVI) is an absolute steal in that is it is buying a leading mobile game developer, which will vault them to being one of the top mobile gaming companies in the world. Cowen reiterated its Outperform rating and $35 price target on Activision Blizzard shares.
