Raymond James analyst Praveen Narra downgraded Atwood Oceanics to Underperform from Market Perform saying the company's assets are encumbered and has concerns about the cost of necessary refinancing. The analyst sees little incremental demand in 2017 and 2018, which is concerning given Atwood's minimal contract coverage.
