Barrington analyst Gary Prestopino downgraded AutoWeb to Market Perform saying the company reported "very disappointing" numbers for Q4 and announced that CEO Jeff Coates and CFO Kim Boren will be stepping down from their respective positions. The analyst cites a challenging market environment and the pending management changes for the downgrade. B. Riley FBR this morning also downgraded AutoWeb.
