Deutsche Bank analyst Vin Chao downgraded AvalonBay Communities to Hold citing valuation and his belief that consensus expectations are too high for the second half of 2017. The analyst sees continued supply growth in 2017 and into 2018 and keeps a $193 price target for the shares.
