Argus analyst Jacob Kilstein initiated AvalonBay with a a Buy and a $220 price target saying it has strong opportunities in the high-end apartment market which has high barriers to entry. The company's communities are located in leading metropolitan areas marked by rising employment, high wages and the appeal of city amenities and believes challenges of higher interest rates and oversupply are already priced into shares.
